Here’s a brilliant mash-up of the Fyre Festival documentary and ‘Jurassic Park’

Life finds a way…

A brilliant mash-up of Fyre and Jurassic Park has arrived online – and it’s fair to say that the ill-fated festival has never looked so sinister.

While keeping to the documentary format of Fyre, the trailer for Jurassic Fraud sees John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) assuming the role of infamous Fyre founder Billy McFarland.

The would-be film sees Hammond inviting a select group of guests to Isla Nublar, but it isn’t long before a group of prehistoric beasts break out and turn the event into something even worse than Fyre Festival (impossible, we know).

“Get an inside look at the park that had people screaming”, the trailer teases.

As well as featuring footage from Jurassic Park, the Nerdist creation is cleverly interspersed with mocked-up news articles and familiar footage from the original Fyre festival documentary.

Although sadly only a parody, it was announced earlier this month that a key figure from the original documentary is getting his own show.

Veteran events promoter Andy King became the stand-out star after revealing his extreme commitment to getting trucks of Evian water through customs for the Bahamas festival.

“I got into my car, to drive across the island to take one for the team. And I got to [the customs officer’s] office, fully prepared to suck his dick,” he explained in the documentary.

Speaking to Vanity Fair, King later revealed:  “I had three TV show offers this week, from notable networks.”
